Vray For Rhino 2.0 noisy/grainy Renderings

Hi everyone,

I've been working on this Vray for Rhino tutorial found here: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...Interior+Scene

As seen in the attached render the areas in shadow have a weird patchy distortion. Would anyone be able to help me out with how I can fix this?

I can't open files from Google Drive from here.
What are the GI methods you use? If it's with irradiance map, try these:
Min rate -3
Max rate -1
HSph. subdivs 75
Interp. samples 50
