Copy current simulation frame to other frame

I am really tring out the Demo and like it very much but I have a small question about the simulation.

I need to have a frame lets say frame 4 copied to frame 5 to 10. The reason for this is that I am able to animate the camera for different angles but have the same smoke formation. Is this possible or do I need to do it like in FumeFX aka replace the sim files in explorer?

And if I get the full version can I open the files generated with the demo. Now I get this file was generated with the demo and it resets. Will the full version let me open demo files without resetting?

Ah, sure - in the Input rollout you should switch to Cache Index mode and animate the Direct Cache Index.

The full version would not allow opening the demo files though.
