vray 3.5 for 3ds max trial questions

Hello,

I'm a customer of v-ray for sketchup but I used vray for 3ds max demo to convert some max models into proxies to use with vray for sketchup. But now I see that there's only the trial for the new versions. My question is: After the trial expires, will vray still generate proxies, or even read vray materials in case I want to open a vray model and convert to another 3ds max renderer?
