  • Default windows size, default file type when saving

Are there any files that I can modify, in order to change the default window size and the default file saving format?
    Thanks!

      Hello, Isarescu,

At the moment, I can only advise you to use the Windows display scaling. There are no other viable workarounds.

      Kind regards,

The v-ray asset manager looks right scalewise? I don't know how big your monitor is, but the small fontsize suggests it is big! So what would you like to be bigger? Not that I can give you a solution, sorry. I'm just curious
I work on a 27" 5k imac and the fontsize is much bigger.

I`m working on a 32inch 4k monitor. The problem is not with the fonts (solvable by scaling), but with the actual window size and the fact that I have to resize it every time I open a new Sketchup file.

            Hello again, Isarescu,

The inability to resize the V-Ray Asset Editor horizontally is by design.
Our developers will look into the possibility to save the Asset Editor dimensions not only during session, but also between sessions. The changes would be saved only on the machine and not in SketchUp project files.
If this is approved and implemented, it will be introduced in the next big update for V-Ray for SketchUp.

            Kind regards,
