Help please.....Blacked out asset editor?

Just install vray 3.4 for sketchup and when I attempt to open the asset editor the bottom half of the window is black....

Whats going on, can this be fixed? I've tried a reinstall with no luck...

Hello,

Could you please update your GPU drivers and let me know whether this resolves your issue?
If this doesn't help, please send an email at support@chaosgroup.com stating what is your GPU model and its drivers' full version number.

Hey,

I have had this problem previously, closing the and reopening sketchup doesn't seem to work, even tried reinstalling V-Ray and the problem persisted. I tried the following:

1. Close all sketchup/vray software
2. Go to your app data folder (Windows 10: type %appdata% in the folder path) it will take you to C:\Users\*username*\appdata\roaming.
3. Rename the folder "Chaos Group" to "Chaos Group OLD"
4. Rename "vrayneui" to "vrayneui OLD"
5. Relaunch Sketchup the folders should remake themselves. Any saved settings may need to be re input.

I know this doesn't help solve whats caused the problem. But it got me out of a ditch a couple of times.
