Hello,
I've been trying to make this work in V-ray (modo) and the results aren't what I'm expecting. I was referred here in case the Phoenix developers had suggestions.
I have a number of different volume grids in my scene. They don't seem to get obscured by environment fog - even when the fog is very dense and the grids are far away. Real geometry is, in these situations, completely hidden in the fog, but the volumes are essentially unchanged.
Do volume grids respect fog? Is there some setting I need to activate to make this work correctly?
Thanks,
Phil
