Cant get HDRI files to render

hi,

I trying to render HDRI files for a sky in the vray 2017 version and I cant get the settings to work they keep coming out black anyone know what to do?

Hello,

Are you slotting the HDR images in a Dome Light or the Environment Background? Do they appear purely black or just very dark?
Please increase the intensity multiplier of the Light or Background to 5, 10 or 50 and let me know if that resolves your problem.
