vray swarm not working anymore

i have been able to use the swarm on our networked render farms before. but only one of them, since chaosgroup told me i can only use one plus my own computer. but the thing is, now its not working anymore. when i go to swarm manager, only my computer shows up. render farms are on the network and i can view them remotely using kaseya. tried restarting both, reinstalling vray swarm, nothing seems to work.

running vray3.4 on sketchup on windows 10.

Hello,

It appears the machine that is currently assigned as Master Node is not able to view all machines in your network.
Could you please switch to Manual discovery and set up another machine as your Master node by typing in its IP address?

this is silly, i just checked now and one of the render farms is working. which is enough for me. thank you very much peter. if i have another meltdown on this ill come back and fix the network discovery
