V-Ray for Rhino 3.40.02 includes upgrades to the license server, user interface, light sources, and many more improvements. Your V-Ray for Rhino experience will be easier and smoother.
This update is free for V-Ray 3.x for Rhino customers.
Nice to see we are getting updates and improvements. I've noticed the Rhino UI is now locked when the rendering is running, is there a way to avoid this?

Fernando,
While rendering, I can only interact with any open vray windows (Asset editor, frame buffer and progress window) but all access to Rhino UI is locked, similarely to when the batch render option was enabled in v2
We were not able to reproduce the problem on our office machines.
Are you rendering in CUDA mode? If you are - how many GPUs are you using?
Could you please provide some step-by-step description of the problem or alternatively, an illustration?
What are the full version numbers of Rhino and V-Ray for Rhino you are currently using?
Kind regards,
Peter

Peter,
I'm not sure how to determine in what mode I'm rendering. I have only one GPU.
I sent you a PM with a small video showing the problem.
Juan
Hello, Juan,
Thank you once again for providing the video demo! A high-priority ticket has been logged.
As for render modes - if you're not using GPU acceleration then you're using your CPU for rendering. For more info, please visit https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VRAYRHINO/Renderer
