hey guys, i hope u can help me. I cant denoise my model, ive tried Alot of things. How can i denoise for a crystal clear pic?
Sketchup 2017 pro + Vray 3.4
that's not noise (it is, but its light related). What types of light do you have in the scene? Have you tried to check on force color clamping (bottom row of the vfb)? Subpixel clamp? If your not sure, then probably not, but if you want to send over your vropt file, we could take a look
Thnx for the reply man, i think the noise is all gone now. Had to wait a bit longer before it was finished. Am i correct there is a notable difference between cpu and gpu rendering??
Right now, in our engine (vray sketchup): yes. That is mostly solved for 3ds Max, but in ours, some refractions/reflections don't match up perfectly along with some other material things. Basically, if your production render is going to be done on cpu due to ram or other limitations from the gpu side, then I'd advise sticking with cpu rendering for interactive so you aren't toning to something that will end up changing.
