Bug splat on sketchup every time

Hi, pls i have an issue with sketchup crashing everytime I run it(bugsplat) . Since i installed vray 3.4 I've had this issue...

Please mention whether the issue occurs only with a specific project and when exactly the bugsplats occur (upon opening a project, upon rendering, etc).
