  • Tips for Bloom+Glare batch

    Hi all,

As the current release of v4r is a bit unfriendly towards Bloom+Glare (ie; resetting after each render), I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how I could best do a batch render with bloom+glare enabled.

As I generally render HQ overnight (usually with the built-in vray batch render - sometimes with badger) I'm unable to enable the bloom+glare for each render before it saves and moves on to the next view.... this is pretty annoying! The only solution I can think of is to not do batch rendering and manually render each view and then set the bloom/glare at the end of each render process. Obviously, this isn't ideal if I have many views to render with looming deadlines...

Does anyone else have the same issue and if so, a possible work-around for my conundrum?

    Any thoughts appreciated!

    Hello,

This is a known limitation and the Dev team is aware of it.
As a temporary workaround, turn off Swarm from the Asset Editor and the Lens effects will not reset when you start rendering.

    Kind regards,
