  • Any tips ??

    Hi guys,

I need some expert tips for my living room. How do u guys think i can improve my render?

What are the ways to get a background behind the windows?

Should i leave the wall open?

I think the room is too dark, is it how it supposed to be?

    Thnx.

IVe tried the portal light but it seems it only gets darker.

and why use interior lighting? It is middle in the day..? I've seen tutorials that People dont use interior lights.

That example has a whole wall that is glass. You won't get the same amount of light in your space. You can see even there that it's relatively dark once you get further into the space. Find some examples where the proportion of openings are similar.

Soo is the light i have right now normal?
Cause if i use the portal it will darken the place. Should i go for realistic or pretty?

No, it does not look right, there should be some daylight shining in from your opening. Try setting up a simple scene just to test the daylighting, it does not look like you have portals working correctly.
