problem saving with transparent background in .png format

Hello,

I need render with transparent background so, I saved the image in .png format. However, not getting transparent background behind the glass material. I am using Vray 3.4. It wasn't like that in previous versions. Is there any way to get transparent background or am I missing something to make this happen? I have attached the render as well. Can anybody help me with this?

Hi,
In the Refraction tab for the glass material set the "Affect channels" to "Color + Alpha".
