Never mind found it. Gonna try set defocus on 0 with 1980 x 1080.

also, i renderd a 360 view with 1280x720 pixels but the resolution seems afwful. What did i do wrong?

Try increasing the render output resolution. Additionally, you could use a higher quality preset.
Keep in mind anti-aliasing filtering is not supported for VR camera modes.

            Kind regards,

              Hi Peter,
thnx for the speedy response. I tried to increase the resolution to 1980 and the result was sharper, thnx.

How can i upscale the VR / 360 quality?
i've seen renders on the internet that are crystal clear

Increased render output size and decreased noise threshold would be the main improvements. Further time/quality optimization would require unique solutions for each individual scene.

                Kind regards,
                Peter
