No render - black /white

Hi,
I have problem with v-ray 3 for Sketchup 2017.
All renders are black. When I add sphere light then render is all white.
What's wrong ?

This is unusual.
Could you please use Extensions > V-Ray > Export > Pack Project and send the archived file at support@chaosgroup.com so we can take a look at what might be wrong with you settings?
I assume this issue occurs with every project you render?

Ok.
Yes this is every time even in empty project like in screens
