Cannot Obtain VRscans GUI license

I am having difficulties when applying VRscans to my Sketchup model, don't know what GUI license means and how to fix this problem, I am running a network license of Vray for Sketchup. Can anyone help?

Are you getting an error? If you have your Vrscans license with Online licensing - make sure that on the license server computer you're logged in with the username associated with your license - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...lineActivation

Thank you for your reply, I haven't been able to fix this problem, I can't get to the license server to match the computer license, can you provide step by step instructions so I can get this fixed? details are shown below

VRay Version: 3.6

3D Platform and OS version: I?m unsure what they mean by 3D Platform, but your OS version is: Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit.
