as others have said, you need to post SPECIFIC settings. General answers like "they are really high or something" isn't real helpful and just wastes your time and ours.

Before i go any further, are you a legit bought and payed for vray user ?
because if your not then thats most likely the reason your animaitions are flicker ...

whats the "exact" version of vray that you are using?

                      1.9 doesnt cut it.
                      1.09.03? then a letter.

                      like 1.09.03A...whats yours?

ALso does the whole frame flicker...as if someone is playing with the brightness controls or is it only in certain parts of the image?

its the hole image, like each frame has a diffrent exsposure,

                        1.09.03n

i hate to say it cos someone will try to shout me down, but that is typical to a cracked version of vray.

                            Ahhh right.

Ok 2 reason for you flickering

                            1. You have an authorization issue, and you will need to re-install vray and request a new auth code from The Chaos guys.
                            2. You are use a crack/warez/illegal/whatever copy of vray. That is whats causing your flickering. No way around it.

Now considering your using 1.09.03N that was one of the most popular crack version, and on top of that you have full frame flickering, and not to mention posting in the public forum, where as a fully registered user would most likely be posting in the members forum.
I am going to go out on a limb and say that your probably using a warezed copy of vray.
And if thats the case then any help or support with stop right here --> .
