V-Ray 3.6 SU 2018 Bugsplat

Hello everyone, need urgent help here.

Recently had SU 2018 + Vray 3.6 working but i had to do a clean windows install and ever since that i got other plugin working such as Round Corner but SU crashes (bugsplat) everytime i hit any of the V-ray button.

I have tried disabling other plugins, clean install & reinstall of both SU and Vray. Doesn't work. I've also installed 2015 Visual C++ and 2017's.

Also tried reverting to Nvidia 376ver which i found most stable with Vray 3.6, did not work. I'm assuming it's windows related?

Could you please make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package and confirm if this resolves the issue?

Hi, unfortunately i dont know which solved it as i re-installed Visual C++ from 2010 to 2017. But the problem is solved! Thanks a lot.

Hi, i have the same problem, everytime i click in the asset editor i got a bugsplat and it doesnt let me do anything!, i tried reinstailing sketchup 2018 and vray3.6 but it keeps happening, i'm really streesed because i have some work to get done!, i also have the newer version of microsoft c++ wich is the 2017 version, please help!

Hi, i have the same problem, everytime i click in the asset editor i got a bugsplat can anyone please help me out!!? I have never get so frustrated with any application however this Vray is becoming a headac.

Please be informed that this issue has been resolved and should not be re-occurring in the latest V-Ray for SketchUp update (3.60.03)
