viewport render not working in vray 3.6

I am unable to use the viewport render feature in v-ray 3.6 trial version. Please help me fix this.

Hello, Akshita,

Please send an email at support@chaosgroup.com with a description of the issue as well as some additional info:
- your OS and version of SketchUp
- error messages if there are any (open Window > Ruby Console before rendering)
- confirm whether the issue occurs only with specific projects
- render mode used (CPU/GPU)
