Section Rendering

Hi, have anyone tried to render a section with vray? Sometimes weird geometry starts appearing on the render (geometry that doesn't exist in the scene -just a grey plane over the certain areas of the render).
My assumption is that it happened because the walls weren't grouped, but I want to double check.

Hi,

It is possible that artifacts appear in the render output if the geometry is not well defined. V-Ray works best with "closed" objects when rendering sections, since it will try to close the corresponding geometry's faces.
Additionally, V-Ray may produce artifacts if there are overlapping triangles in the scene, regardless of whether they are part of the same object or not.
