  • Simulation the flame effects in a gas burner

    Hello guys,

It would be grateful if someone shows how I have to do in order to simulate gas flames through the port (24 points of flameoutlets) or any tutorial to follow the respective steps
At outer crown it would be like conventional flame as picture below. And at inner crown, the flame would be like a torch as second picture.
I have the design of the gas burner but i would like to make an intro to recreate its functionality.
    Thanks in advance,

    Hey,

There are no pictures, but sounds like you can easily start with the candle toolbar preset and tune your way from there.

    Cheers!

I've made a template for you. I hope it would help you as a starting point. Use Volumetric Options for a custom render look. Adjust the emitting angle by the height of the upper plane. Now the emitter is set to Surface force and emits by Polygon ID (in this case ID=1).
