Is there a rubber material or do I have to make one?

Just looking through the preset material library and I don't see any rubber, or similar materials...........Do I make one, or are there additional material libraries available?

There is currently no rubber preset material. You can make one, depending on the scene composition. A standard material with a lower value of Reflection Glossiness if you do not need detail or the material will be applied somewhere in the background. A Subsurface Scattering material fine-tuned to your liking if you need it into focus / close-up.
