GUYS i need help! how to solve this ?

i was rendering my model, and this is what happened.
i render it with CPU engine, the IES light is fine, it showed.
but if i render it as GPU engine, the IES light is not working.
but before the building light cache process, the IES still working.
how to solve this? anyone can help? i am new here, help me please

Hello,
Please advise what is the version of V-Ray for SketchUp used. Make sure to update to the latest v3.60.02.
If the issue persists, please submit the scene for investigation by using Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project and sending the archived file to support@chaosgroup.com using a file-sharing service of your choice.
Some additional info would also be appreciated:
- GPU model and driver
- Is Interactive render mode used
- Does the issue occur with other .IES files
