When I open the asset editor, Rhino crashes

As soon as I click on the Asset Editor in VRAY, Rhino Crashes.

Could you please advise what is the full version of V-Ray you are using? What are the full specifications of the computer? Are Microsoft Visual C++ 2010/2015 Redistributable Packages x64 installed on the computer?

There is a report from my customer that crash when opening V-Ray Asset Editor in Rhino 6.6 and V-Ray 3.60.03.

Does ChaosGroup know the cause?
Is there a way to analyze the crash?

Hello, Yuji,

We have not yet received any reports of such crash in v3.60.03 (July 3rd).
Could you please advise your customer to send an email at support@chaosgroup.com with a description of the crash, Rhino crash log, as well as the following info:

1. V-Ray for Rhino version date (found in V-Ray > Help > About)
2. Full Rhino version number and confirmation whether they are using a localized version (JP) or default one in English
3. OS version, GPU model and GPU drivers number
4. List of other 3rd-party plugins used simultaneously with V-Ray (if any)

I've already advised my colleagues to flag any such incoming reports with high priority.

OK. working no problems in my environment, so it seems to be a problem of the user environment.

I am listening to more system information from users.

ex: I found a lot of information from "Rhino >> help >> System info".
