Vray render to texture hair issue

Hi,
I did a render to texture with Vray next (first image) and hair farm , and it looks very choppy at 2048 x 2048,. I thought it would look like the regular render(second image), but not even close. Any help is appreciated .Thx.

I don't think we've ever intended render to texture to be used for hair, so it probably does something completely weird. How do you expect to use the result?

Hi Vlad,
I want to use it for hair planes, a complete map. I got the information from this youtube vid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEPvLEa65i4. This is just one of many tutorials for hair planes that use baking.
