All renders suddenly coming up as pixilated and blurry

Hi,

Hoping for some help.

My renders and suddenly not coming up as clear as they were before.
I've tried to fix the setting via render set up based on forum threads but it does not seem to be working.
Please see below of current switches and rendered image

Your output resolution is too low (512x389). Rise the width/height value by at least 2x
