At the beginning there was VRay. the goat, period
Then, out of the dark came RT. Didn't have this Nvidia exclusive thing at first, and was driver agnostic. It was the "selling phase" so to speak.
Then came Next and the bugs, the "you buy CPU you buy GPU(NVidia and a specific driver)",it even impacted CPU side of dev, so sad.
Next phase was software as a service.. (dongle times, please bring it back!) Impacting us all with a cumbersome experience and confusion here and there, let's be honest..
the Next step was the so called IPR. No comment
vantage/enscape/cosmos/GPU/CPU/you name it is one more thing Vray users have to deal with and it comes with a price. and clerks.
Now we are told that there is only one way to render, reset the settings to fix things?
Vray is not a one click solution, please bring back the real Vray and sell the "GPU-OneClickSolution" as a separate plugin (cause it's a thing)
