Light Meter?

Hi, I was wondering if V-ray or 3ds Max has a light meter, like a camera does? Some way to let me know if an image is overexposed or underexposed.

There is a render element, or you can use the VFB and the eye-dropper.

There is a VrayLighMeter in Helpers\Vray panel

There is the "view clamped colors" option in the VFB that can highlight overexposed regions but I'm not sure how helpful it can be.
