  • Glass and shadows. Help needed!!

HI there, i know this is an on going question in the vray forums but i can seem to get it right. im pretty new to vray and its terminologys so if some one could explain in the most simple form possible

Im using a target direct light with vray shadows turned on. ive tryed to use a vray light, the illumination is fine but there are no shadows.

hope some one could lend a hand here.

    thanks

    hi

In the material itself there is a tick box that say's Affect Shadows .... tick it.

You could also exclude the glass from the light .... a better way to get more light in as the glass will stop some light.
