How can I apply the "work in log" in the image to Photoshop to restore the effect of the rendering viewport?

Not sure that those options are available in PS, you should try the Adobe forums. Otherwise, you can bake the LUT to the image and go to PS or vice versa - do your adjustments in PS, return it in the VFB, and then save the LUT in the image.
