I am trying to create a Galvanized steel look with Vray mat's and can't seem to get a good mix. Anyone have a quick soultion for Galvanized Steel?

That image looks more like concrete than galvanized steel.
Try creating a galvanic looking procedural or bitmap and add to the diffuse slot of a vray material. Then try adding dark gray to the reflection slot (or mid to light-grey if you check Fresnel), with a refl. glossiness of about 0.55 (or higher if more polished). Also try adding a reflection and/or glossiness map, depending on the flakiness (sp?) of the galvanization. Also consider a galvanic bump map, depending on how rough the galvanization is. Maybe experiment with BDRF and anisotropy, but they may not be as much of an issue with a more matte metal like galvanized steel.
It all kind of depends on the type of galvanization. Here are two very different examples:
