i think what it is trying to say is the standard material you have applied in your scene has a diffuse color setting that is too bright for the scene and will look washed out. if you turn the color darker it may help.

I am new to this whole vray thing as well and i am not sure how the mats are working yet. not even sure if you can use reg. mats instead of vray mats?

anyway, just a thought on that error.....

the map locked not loaded means its loaded into ram and doesnt needed to be reloaded since its already in memory.
