max threads and low thread priority on DR hosts?

I'm wondering if these settings are also apllied on the DR hosts?
or only on the machine where the batch is started?

They are only for the client machine when it does local rendering. The render slaves always assume low thread priority.

ah ok, and what about the Dynamic memory limit? also only for the client machine?

The thing is that sometimes the hosts are using too much resources on the host machines (as in my colleagues work on these machines and are noticing the rendering)
would be nice to limit hosts to only 1 thread at daytime for example.. and then at nightime I can use the max resources.

No, the dynamic memory limit is saved with the scene right now.

For the thread limit, I have to think a bit what would be the easiest way to achieve what you need.
