  • Rendering Tree Animation

Hey Guys, i have a little problem with my scene. I would like to render animatet Proxy Trees with motionblur to get a timelapse look. The Trees have no reflection and my settings are like this:
    Adaptive DMC Sampler
    Min: 1
    Max:50
    use DMC threshold

    DMC Sampler:
    Adaptive A: 0,85
    Noise Ths: 0,01
    Min Samples:8

    Irradiance Map:
    Min:-5
    Max:-1
    HSp Sub: 65
    Interp: 30
    Light Cache:
    Subdiv:1000
    Sample Size: 0,01
    Screen

    Metric Scene with Meters

I have animatet Cars in the scene as well and they were rendert very fast but when the buckets tryn to render the trees they seen to be frozen

So does some one of you Guys how i can reduce the render time in espacially the tree areas???

    Thx

the leaves are alpha mapped and the whole proxy is animated with a flex modifier

Firstly geometry leaves are quicker than opacity mapped leaves.
But if u have to use opacity maps make sure u turn bitmap filtering to None in your alpha map parameters. That should speed things up a bit.
