Yes, it will resolve, eventually. The image looks a bit odd though - if you move the camera, can you really see that caustics pattern on the box behind the sphere?

Like I said, the next major version of V-Ray will handle this case much more efficiently (not with MLT).

Yeah Im not sure that my scene is close enough to capture what we are seeing in the indigo image. Ill play with it a bit more but who knows if Ill capture it. Nice to hear that next rev we will have a better way to handle that case. Now Im wondering what you are doing behind the curtain if its not a form of MLT

Isn't indigo another renderer?
