Rendering a crop in batch.

Is there anyway to give Vray a pre-render command to render only a crop of a larger image?
For example, let's say you want only want to run out the left side of a frame for testing reasons.

There is a command line option "reg" to render.exe which takes 4 integers - left, right, bottom, top of the region.
