Hello Chaos community,
When converting to log before applying a lut in the vray framebuffer, is Cineon the flavor of log being used? And if so, is there anyway to specify the flavor of log for the framebuffer?
We have a project that requires us to convert from linear to AlexaV3LogC before applying a display lut. When comparing the image in the vray framebuffer to the image I get in Nuke there is a subtle difference in light intensities. However if I convert to Cineon in Nuke the images match.
Hopefully this makes sense. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
