animations with moving objects question

hi

i have experience with flythrough sequences, when there are no moving objects...

BUT what is the best method to render film with moving objects ??

are there good results with irradiancemaps with medium presets single frame, or do i have to use very high presets??

is it better to use direct computation, and what are your experiences with the subdivisions, to get clean sequences with no flickering.
