Thanks for gettign in touch
Just realised that my question doesnt make any sense, my bad.
I was trying to increase the samples in a deep exr render. I have found a solution by changing the deep merge mode to z depth and lowering deep merge zdepth tresh.
You are on the right path. Just experiment with different threshold values. In case you have deeper more complex objects you can try By render ID and z-depth mode. If even a very low threshold value doesn't work for you you can use the None mode which will preserve most sampling information but will generate big deep files. Hi. I've been struggling with similar problem - deep sampling is too low. I'm rendering a phoenix fire atmospheric and changing options in VrayOptionRE doesnt do anything. Tried treshold, deep merge fragment options, set to none or zdepth etc - no change. Help! :>
