  • Toggling Windows' Grayscale mode

The latest windows 10 can display in grayscale.
Tap ctrl+start+c to toggle the feature.
Notice i have no info, nor idea, if the conversion is done based on tri-stimuli data, or in some other fashion, so it shouldn't be used to gauge image qualities (keep using your favourite post app for that.).
It will however likely result in a much milder visual experience, particularly compared to the usual very saturated colors we're bombarded with by UIs and websites.

p.s.: coupled with night-light, it gets really relaxi.... snore! ^^

The shortcut wasn't working here, but I found the settings under settings > ease of access > color filters

      Indeed, my bad!
The shortcut has to be made active in the Color Filters settings, as 1funk mentioned.

Intersting. When do you use it? Surely not when doing CGI
I am using f-lux for night light and this surely will be nice in the evenings.
although, I am obviously doing graphics most of the time...so...not gonna use it a lot, I guess
