    Too true... I'd be alot richer if I charged a donkey tax for those requests.
    just ask them what linescreen they will be printing at and watch for the blank stare that comes over their face.... since that's what will really determine what resolution they need....

    or my other personal favorite, is when trying to convince them that a jpg saved with maximum lossless compression is the same as the tif file that they somehow want e-mailed to them in 1 minute or less

      they are right - it isn't the same
      jpeg 100 is not lossless (in a mathematical sense) - it is visually lossless
      but sure, for emailing (a means of file transport that got to be forbidden forlarge files anyway) jpegs are the better choice
