    If you want help, post up lots of information/details on what you are trying to do and what the problem might be.

      Being that I'm still a newb at Vray, I tend to just use a Direct Light for the sun and Vray lights for interior lighting. I use the pre-sets that come with Vray (usually Medium and then switch to High for final render). Nothing special, just basics from what I have learned on these boards. I'm using VIZ 2006, so I'm stuck with Vray 1.46 for now.

        Also im pretty sure the presets are design for an image of certain size. I *think* it was either 640x480 or 800x600, so for instance using the high preset on a 1600x1200 image is alot of overkill.

          add some bisto to the mince whilst cooking - makes it taste lovely

            .... its all about the tweaking, render your previews with v low settings, so you can see the results quickly and adjust them accordingly
