A friend of mine told me about this some days ago. I never knew that.


(*) Get any picture you like.
(*) Save it as <Splash.bmp>
(*) Put it in the MAX root folder.

After launching MAX, the loading window will show that pic instead of its default one.

Autodesk also provides the flash authoring file for the startup screen so you can modify it all you'd like.
