I am sure if the Chaos Group sees some abuse they can disable the account. It is pretty easy to track IP's and if the same account is accessing the site under many IP's all they have to do is pull the plug on that account.

Actually, I didn't mock him (well, not in this thread anyway) and I didn't try to read between the lines, because my concern is that this account has been hi-jacked. I was considering reporting it to an admin.

Read this previous post by DONGHU SENIOR and see if you don't agree. Whoever wrote this was completely fluent in English (and perhaps even a native speaker):

Well the whole premise was that our English challenged friend was at one time fluent, calling into question whether or not the login had been hijacked or somehow nefariously transfered but as the evidence shows he was just fluent in copy and pasting not English necessarily. Which gets us back to a bunch of meanies picking on some poor guy just because he does not speak English very well (or because babelfish sux).

Those quotes from Vlado are actually from the same thread that Donghu_Senior posted in. It almost looks like he didn't understand the forum and was just trying out features. I'm not sure about that, though.
I think the answer lies in the rolling eye smiley. I'd babelfish back with some simplified Chinese, but I imagine the translation is just as poor going that way. There would be some guy in Shanghai scratching his head as he read, "Endearing Donghu_Senior, we cannot implicate your underground turtle-egg phrasing."
