  • Zdepth to create Fog?

Hello, i was wondering if someone could point me out into a tutorial to create some sort of blueish fog based on the z depth channel, i know it must be somewhat easy to do, i can easily get and understand the z depth channel in 3ds but once i take this info into PS I'm kinda lost.

So, if anyone can help me out, i will appreciate it. Thanks
    Greetings from Mexico!!
    Tequila anyone?

In PS create a new channel (not layer) and past the z depth image into that channel. Go back to your main image and now you can use the new (z) channel as a selection to manipulate you image.

Or you could paste the z-depth as a layer, invert it, colorize it with a blue tint then play with the levels/opacity.
