never use rapidshare, it's absolute garbage unless you pay for an account. Use mediafire or something else instead.

The latest version of V-Ray for SketchUp supports alpha channels for 2d people, trees, cars, pngs... etc. Check out "use color texture for transparency" in the Diffuse layer's UI.

i don't know about 2d cars, but i still have a few other people and plants libraries somewhere in my pc... i belive that i have some 3d car collection too...
