Unable to create proper reflection/refraction with new vray.

Hi guys, i'm unable to create proper reflection/refraction with new vray 1.48.66. while it was very easy in vray 1.05.30.
I have uploaded 3 images and in preview pan is the result... such previews are strange.... it is nowhere which used to come in older vray material preview... here original diffuse map is completely lost and only a metal like material is appearing... in older version when we used to creat a reflection layer and apply some properties in that then it used to give reflection properties on the applied diffused texture rather than making it vanish..

Is there something i'm doing wrong??

Its because with the new vfs the reflection layer doesn't have frensel falloff applied to it by default. So you need to set it by yourself. Press the "m" next to reflection value and select frensel as the type.
