help with vray su 1.48 - begginer

hey all
im looking for a thorough tutorial for exterior+interion lighting (basics)
i can find one that starts with the default and goes from there

one that explains perfectly the use of hi,sun ect.

please help im stuck

search youtube with keywords "vray for sketchup"... there are about 100 videos posted there.. almost all of them are specific about a particular feature of vray. however, a few of them demonstrate proper workflow.... right from scratch modeling till post-production in photoshop.
