How to make or where can I download this material?

Hello all. I am trying to make or download the material (plastic one on the bottom of glass). I am new to Vray and would appreciate any help that anyone could give me.

It's simple, I hope. Use glossy reflections (of VRay Material, of course )
That is: set reflection Glossiness to something different from 1.0. You can also try to turn on interpolated reflections to speed things up...
